LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
We are so incredibly grateful for your purchase and support of Heartland Leather Works, LLC. We love our customers and strive with our very best effort to make our products tough enough to pass the test of time. With that said we recognize we are working with leather, thread and some other mediums, and despite our best efforts in sourcing the highest quality materials, things can still break or fail, Life Happens.
We understand you spent your hard earned money to support us and enjoy our wonderful products for years to come. As such we warrant our products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper maintenance for the life of our leather handmade goods.
What this means is, Heartland Leather Works LLC will repair or replace any part of product found to be defective. Any item(s) approved for return by Heartland Leather Works must be shipped with prepaid return label so we can get it back to you. If we can fix your item, we will do that. If its irreparable, we will replace it. (Please note that leather colors and finishes used in our products will change from time to time as will styles and branding/logos.) In the event we no longer carry the specific product purchased from us we will provide a store credit of equal value of the original purchase.
We want you to have the peace of mind that our products will stand the test of time. However the test of time does not include using our belts being used as tow straps, or our wallets a bobbers for fishing, or taking your beautiful cigar cases swimming. Also this lifetime limited warranty does not include charges connected with shipping, freight, custom fees, or duties to ship product.
So be good to your leather handmade goods and it will be just as good if not better back. Treat it like trash and it will look like, and eventually turn into trash. We recommend using Lexol Leather Care products on your leather goods a couple of times per year to help protect it from life. It not only cleans your leather but helps provide a protective coating.
This Limited Lifetime Warranty shall be void if the product is re-sold or traded to another owner. It is only good for the original owner or purchaser. To help us out we may require your email or shipping address to verify that you did buy directly from us. We love you all and want you to know we have your back.
This warranty also extends to our ETSY shop we have had online for almost 3 years. With more than 382 unique sales on ETSY alone, We have only had to repair one item to date. Free of charge of course.
